It is my opinion(let me stress that)…my opinion that we talk most about the kinks to get our rocks off and the types that are on the left and right side of the slash that can help us get our kink on. Which is totally fine and good. Live your kink and live your truth.
The submissive/slave that seems to be looked over the most in topics of conversation and attention in my opinion (yea I said it) are the Service Oriented Submissive. The submissive/slave who derives pleasure, fulfillment and or satisfaction from performing acts, chores, or labor of service. Whether it be sexual or otherwise but yet all for the benefit and/or pleasure of a Dominant.
Let’s not forget that service is a kink for some as well. Service oriented submissive/slave or what some call “service sluts” are not always included in the topics of conversations. More importantly SERVICE is not always in the topic of our conversations. I find it to be a bit of a disservice to those of whatever side of the slash, gender identity, and sexuality that are coming into BDSM to not talk more about service. It is a disservice to SERVICE. If anyone thinks it’s not a disservice…your tune may change when you come across those that didn’t know they had to actually do some work while under someone else’s dominion.
